With 20 years of experience in real estate, Matthew Cowie has become a trusted and respected professional throughout the communities he serves, building lasting relationships and successful business partnerships along the way. In 2018, he assumed the role of Broker at Prince & Associates REALTORS® alongside his wife, Sherry, who serves as President, Owner, and Broker-Associate.

Matthew is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both California and Arizona, allowing him to serve clients across state lines with the same level of experience and commitment. He specializes in residential and commercial real estate throughout Imperial, Coachella, and San Diego Counties, as well as markets throughout Arizona. From strategic marketing and property selection to skilled negotiation and informed decision-making, Matthew has the experience to confidently guide clients through every stage of the real estate process. Whether working with sellers, first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, or commercial clients, his goal is to help each client achieve a smart and rewarding real estate outcome.

With more than 1,000 successful transactions, Matthew's dedication to the real estate profession is reflected in both his production and industry involvement. He has served as President of the Imperial County Association of REALTORS® in 2011 and 2015 and as a State Director for the California Association of REALTORS®. These leadership roles have strengthened his commitment to professionalism, advocacy, and service within the real estate industry. Recognized as one of the region's top-producing agents, Matthew has proudly earned the distinction of Imperial Valley's #1 Agent multiple times, including 2019 and 2021–2024.

Matthew is equally passionate about giving back to the communities he serves. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Sheriff's Activities League, supporting programs and opportunities that positively impact local youth. He also serves on the Imperial County Library & Community Services Board, reflecting his commitment to community involvement and access to local resources. In addition, Matthew is a proud member of Los Vigilantes, an organization dedicated to preserving local heritage and promoting civic pride.

Outside of real estate, Matthew is a licensed pilot who enjoys exploring the skies above the desert. On the ground, he enjoys tending to his backyard garden, working on woodworking projects, and supporting local animal shelters and rescue organizations.
