Vilma embarked on her journey in the real estate realm back in 1994, initially as a secretary at a local real estate company. However, her passion and dedication led her to a pivotal point in 1999 when she earned her official REALTOR® license.

For over two decades, she has been a guiding force for both buyers and sellers, wholeheartedly committed to making their homeownership dreams a reality. With an extensive background spanning more than 20 years, her expertise encompasses various facets, including resale, new home sales, and the intricacies of construction.

An esteemed member of the Imperial County Association of REALTORS®, Vilma is actively engaged in shaping the future of real estate through her involvement in the Education Task force. Joining forces with Prince and Associates in 2019 marked another significant chapter in her journey, allowing her to elevate her commitment to clients by delivering unparalleled customer service and unwavering professionalism.

Beyond her thriving career, Vilma finds solace in gardening and indulges her competitive spirit through softball. However, her true source of joy stems from cherished moments spent alongside her five children and nine grandchildren.
