Matthew was born in raised in the Los Angeles area. From the time he was 15 he has always been involved in the customer service industry & enjoyed serving others as well as the community with hard work and integrity. In 2006 he and his wife relocated to the Imperial Valley where he found it easy to fall in love with the town and all of its residents. Being part of such a small but tight knit community has allowed him to meet so many wonderful people and develop wonderful business relationships over the past 16 years. In 2018 Matthew took over as the Broker of Prince and Associates REALTORS® along with his wife Sherry who is the President and Owner. He specializes in Residential and Commercial properties in the Imperial , Coachella and San Diego Counties. He can help you market or choose the best property, make an offer, negotiate the sale, including everything involved when making a smart Real Estate decision regardless of whether you are a Seller, first time home buyer or experienced investor. He prides himself on having had the pleasure of participating in nearly 800 transactions through his career. As Past President of the ICAOR (2015 & 2011) and State Director of the California Association of REALTORS®, he has learned through experience how important and rewarding it is to become more involved in the association and the community. In his off time you can find him flying around the Imperial Valley (He's a licensed pilot 👨🏼‍✈️)or in his backyard gardening 👨‍🌾 . He also loves to support the local animal shelters
